Pass-or-refund guarantee

The Exam Pass and Career Pack include a pass-or-refund guarantee. The full guarantee terms, including the eligibility conditions, how we verify them, and how the refund is paid, live in one place: the pass guarantee terms in our Terms of Service.

One-time passes

Every current pass (Crash Pass, Exam Pass, Career Pack) is a single one-time payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Outside the pass guarantee, pass payments are non-refundable. If your scheduled exam falls after a timed pass would end, contact us before it ends and we extend your access to your exam date at no charge.

Legacy subscriptions and cancellation

If you are on a legacy subscription plan, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Outside the pass guarantee, subscription payments already made are non-refundable.

Billing mistakes

If something went wrong (a duplicate charge, a technical failure, a renewal you cancelled in time), email support@realtyprep.ca and we will make it right.
