Pass-or-refund guarantee

The Pass Plan and Career Pack include a pass-or-refund guarantee. The full guarantee terms, including the eligibility conditions, how we verify them, and how the refund is paid, live in one place: the pass guarantee terms in our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and cancellation

You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Outside the pass guarantee, subscription payments already made are non-refundable.

Lifetime purchases

The Career Pack is a one-time payment for lifetime access. Outside the pass guarantee, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

Billing mistakes

If something went wrong (a duplicate charge, a technical failure, a renewal you cancelled in time), email support@realtyprep.ca and we will make it right.
